Full Stack Developer Python, PHP , Laravel (Pune)

Full-Stack Developer ( Python, PHP Laravel) Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Python / PHP on the backend. The candidate should be comfortable working across the entire stack, integrating APIs, handling databases, and delivering clean, maintainable code in a fast-paced IT environment, Team Lead handling the 20+ employee. Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and high-performance UI using React.js
- Build and maintain backend APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) and PHP (Laravel / Core PHP)
- Integrate frontend with REST APIs
- Design and manage databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
- Debug, test, and maintain existing applications
- Collaborate with designers, testers, and other developers
- Deploy and manage applications on servers (Linux / AWS preferred) Required Skills Frontend
