Role Description The Client Services Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Camp. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their marketing objectives and ensuring successful delivery of campaigns across online and offline channels. You will coordinate with internal creative, design, and digital teams to brief projects, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution. Daily responsibilities include managing client communication, preparing status reports, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction. You will also support proposal development, participate in client meetings and presentations, and help identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Qualifications Strong client-focused skills, including Client Services, Client Relations, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction. Ability to manage and grow accounts through effective Business Relationship Management and proactive communication. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, review campaign performance, and support data-driven recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing channels; prior agency or client-facing experience is an advantage.
