Role summary The Person owns a positive understanding of coated fabrics, application of coated fabrics in defence and non-defence applications combined with exposure to Intellectual Property (IP) practices, will be essential for driving New Product Development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for effectively presenting technical concepts and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and responsibilities : Demonstration & Accomplishment in NPD (New Product Development). Experienced in collaboration, Influencing, interaction with plant & customers. Hands-on experience in Technical Textile processes such as on weaving, braiding, netting, non-wovens….. should have domain knowledge/Expertise in textile manufacturing process, formulation related knowledge would be a added plus.. Experience of working in Coated Fabric Industry is essential Good in communication skills, Intellectual Property. Knowledge related to polymers/materials will be added advantage.

Educational qualifications and skills Education: BE/B. Tech – Textile, ME/M. Tech – Textile (Preferable) Experience: Min 7-10 years. Technical skills : Excel, Formulation, Presentation Skills. Soft skills: Analytical mindset, stakeholder management, clear communication, and problemsolving orientation.
