Role Description This is a full-time, in office Digital Marketing Trainee role based in the Pune Division. The trainee will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote TechnoBridge’s clinical research and healthcare programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation and posting, coordinating online campaigns, and helping manage website content and basic SEO activities. The role also involves tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing simple reports, and working with the marketing team to optimize engagement and lead generation. The trainee will collaborate closely with faculty and the admissions team to understand program offerings and communicate them effectively to prospective learners. Qualifications

Foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in campaign execution and audience engagement. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics, including familiarity with common analytics or reporting tools. Strong written and verbal Communication skills for creating clear, engaging digital content and collaborating with team members.
