Continues to build on experience and gain more in depth knowledge working on larger and more complex assignments. May start to expand knowledge into other disciplines and/or functional areas. **Key Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** + Design & Modeling:Perform modeling, analysis, and design of transmission lines (including steel poles/lattice towers) using, PLS-Pole, and PLS-Tower. + PLS
- Tower and Transmission line foundation design experience will be preferred. + Route Planning:Evaluate terrain, environmental factors, and logistics to plan cost-effective and safe transmission routes. + Structural & Electrical Analysis:Calculate conductor sag/tension, design foundations, and lattice tower designs in PLS-Tower + Drawing Support:Develop cost estimates, help to prepare construction drawings, review tower detail and fabrication drawings and oversee construction to ensure compliance with specifications. + Documentation: Prepare technical reports, design specifications, and bill of materials and design calculation reports #LI-IB2 **Management Responsibilities** **Preferred Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering. + Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in transmission line design and having working experience in PLS-CADD specially PLS-Tower and transmission line foundation design. **Minimum Qualifications** Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
