Job Title: Database Administrator (MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL DBA) Locations: Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad Experience: 7–15 Years Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Database Administrators (DBA) with robust expertise in MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in database administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, troubleshooting, and production support in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases
- Manage database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Handle backup, recovery, replication, and high availability configurations
- Monitor database health and ensure maximum uptime and reliability
- Perform database patching, upgrades, and migrations
- Work closely with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Implement database security, access controls, and compliance standards
- Support production environments and resolve critical incidents Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- MongoDB Administration
- MySQL DBA
- PostgreSQL DBA
- Expertise in:
- Performance tuning & query optimization
- Backup & recovery strategies
- Replication & clustering
- Database monitoring tools
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Good understanding of database security and high availability architecture
- Experience in production support environments Preferred Skills:

- Experience with database automation and scripting
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
