- UK Pension & Retirement Operations-HRO Required Skill Set: Any Manager Role (On papers) from UK Pension, Retirement or Annuity process. Location : Pune Shift : UK shift Work Mode: Work from Office Transport: One Way Cab Roles and Responsibilities: ● Process secondary payroll functions (i.e. calculating final payroll, process stop payments, balances and wiring 3rd party payments, manage Employee share investment program, etc. ● Updating any changes made to the pensioner‘s current profile as per the request using internal database and Benefit Studio. ● Responsible for reporting of team performance on a monthly basis. ● Understanding of design, communication and administration of retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution ● Effective handling of onshore communication & escalations. ● Calibrating with the testing team for the new developments in the process work tool and creating a scope for automation. ● Perform root cause analysis every week and share the report timely. ● Sharing of team and individuals’ performance report. ● Catch-up call with the onshore team every week and discuss the challenges facing in the team related to any work type. ● Actively involved in the offshore transitioning of new sub processes. ● Validation and accounting of Statutory Employees Benefits as per the relevant laws applicable to customers. ● Reconciling the financial controls sheet (FCS) for the schemes on a monthly basis. ● Releasing the payments for the existing pensioner under each scheme. ● Effective handling of onshore communication and escalation. ● Activation of account and set up member’s monthly, yearly and fortnightly payment as per Member’s request. ● Set up a current pension account of the existing superannuation Member. ● Create, prepare and Compile reports, act as a project lead on multiple defined benefit/health and insurance projects as assigned by the service delivery manager, functional consultants, functional principles or supervisor. ● Calculation of tax on annual income for pensioners to get benefits. ● Review on Quality control. ● Auditing and solving process Queries of the team. ● Transfer the amount from super to a newly set up Pension account.
