Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the upgrade of TIBCO Spotfire from version 11.x to 14.x, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transition.

• Configure, integrate, and optimize Snowflake as a primary data source for Spotfire.

• Manage and administer Spotfire servers, libraries, user access, and configurations.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure effective ETL operations and data flow between Oracle, Snowflake, and Spotfire.

• Review, refactor, and optimize existing Oracle PL/SQL scripts for compatibility with Snowflake SQL.

• Utilize TIBCO documentation, tools, and best practices for upgrade planning, troubleshooting, and validation.

• Monitor system performance, resolve issues proactively, and maintain platform stability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands on experience as a Spotfire Administrator, including successful major version upgrades (e.g., 11.x to 14.x).

• Robust expertise with Oracle and Snowflake database systems, including ETL processes and data integration.

• Solid proficiency in SQL, with the ability to translate and optimize SQL logic across Oracle and Snowflake.

• Experience working with cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake features, architecture, and connectivity.

• Familiarity with TIBCO Spotfire documentation, upgrade utilities, and administrative tools.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail.
