HR Assistant- Learning

We seek a HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal ZS learning and development plans. In addition, the role will lead some key ongoing HR operations processes and serve as the project lead for targeted current initiatives.

What you ll do:

Design regional and local training plans in partnership with business stakeholders. Implement best practices, tools and templates for training planning

Develop communication plans and customize messages for regional stakeholders. Ensure consistent and targeted communication with regional business leaders and training participants
