Job Title: Ecommerce manager Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Turbhe,Navi Mumbai Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio. The role involves driving sales, optimizing listings, executing campaigns, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio) Own product listings end-to-end: creation, optimization, and hygiene Plan and execute campaigns, deals, and sale events Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams Track and analyze performance metrics (sales, ROAS, conversions, returns, ratings) Manage pricing, discounts, and promotions aligned with brand and margin goals Coordinate with marketplace KAMs for campaigns, visibility, and issue resolution Handle order flow, cancellations, RTOs, and customer escalations Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Key Skills & Requirements: Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and workflows Hands-on experience with seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Basic knowledge of marketplace ads and promotional tools Ability to manage multiple SKUs, platforms, and deadlines Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle escalations independently High attention to detail (listings, pricing, campaigns) Clear communication skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4ndncn
