Purpose of the Role We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to drive the success of our product development and optimization initiatives. In this role, you will represent Production with a holistic 360° perspective—balancing innovation, quality, cost, and availability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, Logistics, and Suppliers to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities

- Drive operational excellence by achieving production targets and continuously optimizing processes through advanced technologies
- Ensure smooth and safe manufacturing operations, including equipment reliability
- Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and improve product quality
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and support product changes into serial production
- Analyze production-related technical issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Support product ramp-up and phase-out activities
- Design efficient production layouts using LEAN principles
- Leverage Virtual Reality (VR) tools to enhance planning and process optimization Additional Expertise

- Strong understanding of jigs, fixtures, and process validation Skills & Competencies

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and drive decisions
- Hands-on experience with production systems, assembly processes, and logistics methods
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in English
- Exposure to electrical engineering concepts is an added advantage
