Job Description: Technical Business Analyst– Corporate Actions Location: Creospan, Pune Experience: 6-7 Years Position Summary Creospan Pune is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Corporate Actions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals. This role involves extensive work in data analysis, SQL, and workflow design, with a strong focus on the Corporate Actions domain.Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and analyze requirements. Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Define and document user stories and use cases to ensure effective communication with technical teams.2. Data Analysis and SQL Utilize SQL to perform data analysis, validate requirements, and ensure data integrity. Analyze complex datasets to support decision-making and problem-solving in Corporate Actions processes. 3. Process Design and Optimization Use tools like Microsoft Visio to create and refine workflows and process diagrams.Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to optimize operational efficiency. 4. Project Management Support Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and objectives. Support project budgeting and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders. 5. Testing and Validation Work with QA teams to develop and validate test cases based on business requirements.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams and ensure sign-off. 6. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding. Provide timely updates to stakeholders and address concerns or changes effectively. Skills and QualificationsTechnical Expertise Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio for workflow and process design. Documentation Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases. Corporate Actions Domain In-depth understanding of Corporate Actions processes in financial services.Experience 6-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to Corporate Actions or related financial domains. Additional Skills Analytical Thinking: Solid problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex processes.
