The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic excellence, administrative leadership, staff management, and overall school development. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
- Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
- Develop and implement academic policies and curriculum plans
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined school environment
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the community
- Ensure compliance with education board regulations and standards
- Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead school improvement initiatives and innovation in education Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed) or relevant field
- B.Ed is mandatory
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in teaching and school administration
- Prior experience as Vice Principal / Principal preferred Key Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of contemporary teaching methodologies
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CBSE / ICSE / State Board curriculum
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and school management systems
