Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and service-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out

Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and requests professionally

Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained

Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff

Provide local travel guidance and guest support when needed

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere

Assist in managing online bookings and guest communication

Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude

Basic knowledge of hospitality or hotel operations preferred

Ability to handle guests professionally

Basic computer and smartphone skills

Freshers with a positive attitude can also apply

Preferred Skills:

English and Hindi communication

Experience in hotel, homestay, café, or customer service roles

Knowledge of local tourist attractions
