Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and requests professionally
- Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff
- Provide local travel guidance and guest support when needed
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in managing online bookings and guest communication
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of hospitality or hotel operations preferred
- Ability to handle guests professionally
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
