Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce Monitor overall property maintenance and upkeep Ensure smooth execution of civil and basic MEP-related works Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness & security at site Handle basic reporting and update management regularly Take ownership of site operations like a dependable caretaker What We’re Looking For: Leadership and team handling capability Responsible, trustworthy & solution-oriented attitude Basic understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works Ability to manage site independently Experience in real estate/construction/property management preferred Willingness to stay at site accommodation if required Pay: ₹18,000.00
