Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Banka. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective merchants and partners, and managing a sales pipeline to drive adoption of PayPal solutions. The specialist will support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, assist with promotional activities, and track campaign performance metrics. Daily tasks include engaging with customers and partners, delivering product presentations and basic training, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations and customer support. The role also involves preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience at every stage of the sales cycle. Qualifications
