The Field Executive will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, facilitating loan processing, verifying customer documentation, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Additional responsibilities include promoting financial products, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets Attention to detail for verifying documentation and data accuracy Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasksBasic understanding of financial products, loans, and related regulations Proficiency in using mobile and digital tools for on-field operations Candidate must be comfortable with on-site responsibilities and local travel Prior experience in the financial services sector is preferred Minimum education qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is a plus.
