We are looking for energetic, disciplined, and member-friendly trainers who can guide members professionally and maintain a engaging gym atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Assist members on the gym floor
- Guide members with correct exercise form and machine usage
- Help beginners feel comfortable and confident
- Maintain discipline and positive environment inside gym
- Support member engagement and retention
- Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of equipment
- Conduct basic fitness assessments when required
- Promote safe and injury-free training practices Requirements
- Basic knowledge of strength training and fitness
- Good communication and people-handling skills
- Professional behavior and grooming
- Punctual and disciplined
- Ability to work with beginners and general population
- Fitness certification preferred
- Prior gym experience preferred but not mandatory for deserving candidates Preferred Qualities
