Job Type: Full time ABOUT VILLASAVILLASA is a premium villa and boutique-stay discovery brand.(@villasaofficia) We curate, shoot, and market India's finest private properties — and handle every booking from first inquiry to checkout. Currently managing 30+ properties with 80+ bookings per month across Kolkata. Scaling to 100+ properties pan-India.We're early-stage and growing quick. No corporate layers. You'll work directly with the founder and the Reservation Manager. If you want predictability and hand-holding — this isn't it. If you want to own your numbers and see every closed booking directly impact a company's trajectory — keep reading.THE ROLEYou'll be the primary closer on VILLASA's reservation desk. Every lead that comes in through Instagram, WhatsApp, or referrals — you take it from first message to confirmed booking. You'll pitch the right property, handle objections, negotiate pricing, collect payment, and ensure the guest has a seamless experience from check-in to checkout.You'll report to our Reservation Manager, who handles owner coordination, caretaker quality control, and high-ticket client closings. Your job is everything else — the volume, the speed, the conversion.This is a sales role disguised as hospitality. If you're someone who gets a rush from turning a "just checking" into a confirmed booking — you'll thrive here.WHAT YOU'LL DO— Own the full booking cycle: inquiry → pitch → negotiate → close → guest management → checkout — Respond to every incoming lead within 15 minutes during working hours — speed wins in hospitality — Understand guest requirements and match them to the right property from our portfolio of 25+ villas and boutique stays — Handle pricing objections confidently — you know the value, you hold the line, you close — Follow up relentlessly with undecided guests — no lead dies silently on your watch — Collect advance payments, security deposits, and guest ID verification before confirming bookings — Coordinate check-in and check-out details with property caretakers — Manage guest communication throughout their stay — resolve issues quickly, escalate only when necessary — Maintain accurate booking records, calendars, and payment trackers across all properties — Report daily on lead status, conversion, and pipeline to the Reservation ManagerWHO YOU ARE— A natural closer: you don't just respond to inquiries , you convert them— Fast and sharp on WhatsApp: you think on your feet, your messages are warm but purposeful, and you know when to push and when to pause— Comfortable with money conversations: you can quote a price with confidence, explain the value without apologising, and handle "too expensive" without flinching— Organised under pressure: 15 active bookings, 30+ properties, 3 guests messaging simultaneously-you keep it all straight— Empathetic with guests: closing isn't about being aggressive , it's about understanding what the guest actually needs and matching them to it— Fluent in Hindi and English on WhatsApp and phone — professional, warm, clear— Based in Kolkata, available full time— Familiar with Google Calendar, Google Sheets, WhatsApp — you'll be living in these tools— 1–3 years in hospitality, travel, real estate, or any sales/customer-facing role is a solid plus— raw talent with the right attitude matters more than a resumeWHO THIS ISN'T FOR— Someone who waits for leads to follow up with them— Someone who treats "I'll think about it" as the end of a conversation— Someone who needs a script for every situation— you'll have guidelines, but the closing instinct has to be yours— Someone uncomfortable with targets and accountabilityCOMPENSATION₹20,000–₹30,000/month depending on experience and closing ability.
