Our work is focused on making screening smarter, faster, and more inclusive for people across diverse settings.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-oriented Communications & Social Media Associate to help shape and amplify EzeRx’s voice across digital platforms, stakeholder communications, campaigns, events, and impact initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands the power of design, enjoys creating meaningful content, and can convert complex healthcare and technology work into simple, engaging, and impactful communication.You will play a key role in building EzeRx’s brand presence, managing social media, developing communication collaterals, capturing field stories, and showcasing the impact of our healthcare programs across India.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Communication• Develop and manage EzeRx’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.• Plan monthly content calendars, campaign schedules, posting timelines, and platform-specific content strategies.• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, carousels, founder updates, event highlights, product stories, project updates, and impact-led content.• Track social media performance including reach, engagement, growth, campaign response, and audience insights.Content Creation & Storytelling• Convert EzeRx’s work in healthcare screening, diagnostics, AI, field programs, and social impact into clear and compelling stories.• Write high-quality content for blogs, articles, newsletters, press notes, case studies, brochures, reports, award applications, and presentations.• Develop content for internal and external communication including partner updates, project summaries, event communication, and stakeholder reports.• Capture and communicate real impact stories from field teams, screening camps, training sessions, CSR projects, and community programs.Branding & Design Collaterals• Create visually appealing brand collaterals such as posters, brochures, pitch decks, event materials, social media creatives, reports, and presentations.• Ensure all communication materials follow EzeRx’s brand identity, tone, design language, and messaging standards.• Work on layouts, typography, visual storytelling, and design consistency across all digital and print materials.Coordination & Campaign Execution• Coordinate with leadership, product teams, field teams, project teams, vendors, and external partners to collect photos, videos, data points, and project updates.• Support communication for events, product demonstrations, health camps, training programs, partnerships, and public health initiatives.• Assist in PR activities, media coordination, award submissions, partnership announcements, and thought-leadership content.• Create short-form video content including reels, testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, field stories, and event highlights.What We’re Looking For• 2–5 years of experience in communications, social media, branding, content creation, digital marketing, or corporate communication.• Strong writing and editing skills in English with the ability to write for different formats and audiences.• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.• Experience in managing content calendars, campaigns, posting schedules, and digital engagement.• Ability to simplify healthcare, technology, diagnostics, and social impact topics for public and stakeholder communication.• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar design/video tools.• Strong eye for design, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand presentation.• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with ownership, speed, and attention to detail.• Strong coordination skills and comfort working with leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.• A portfolio of past content, social media campaigns, design work, videos, or writing samples will be preferred.✨ Good to Have• Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, health-tech, pharma, CSR, development sector, or social impact communication.• Experience in PR, media outreach, corporate communication, or founder/thought-leadership content.• Basic understanding of B2B communication and stakeholder-focused storytelling.• Experience in video editing, reels, shorts, testimonials, and basic motion graphics.• Ability to create regional-language communication for Indian audiences.• Familiarity with campaign reporting, analytics dashboards, and performance tracking.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resume and portfolio at: ect Line: Application – Communications & Social Media Associate – KolkataEqual Chance StatementEzeRx is an equal opportunity employer.
