The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing front desk operations, answering and directing calls, handling bookings and inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls and greeting guests professionally
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining records
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding Customer Service abilities, ensuring guest needs are met with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking and scheduling software
