We're Hiring Electrical Engineers
- Solar Installation At Nextgen Power Solutions , we're expanding our solar installation team and looking for talented Electrical Engineers to help us build a cleaner, greener future. Role: Electrical Engineer
- Solar PV Systems Location: Kolkata On-site Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review solar PV system layouts and single-line diagrams
• Oversee electrical installation, wiring, and grid interconnection
• Ensure compliance with CEA regulations, DISCOM requirements, and MNRE guidelines
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of installed systems
• Coordinate with site teams and project managers for timely execution What We're Looking For:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 1-4 years of experience in solar EPC or power systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of net metering, inverter sizing, and load calculations
