Role Overview As Associate – Research & Client Engagement, you will contribute to investment research, generate independent insights, and actively participate in client interactions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Principal and play a key part in shaping the firm’s evolution into a collaborative boutique practice. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research on financial products, markets, and investment strategies.
- Prepare thematic reports, sector outlooks, and product notes for client communication.
- Participate in portfolio reviews and contribute ideas during client discussions.
- Support client engagement by building trusted relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Collaborate on thought leadership initiatives such as newsletters, webinars, and insights.
- Contribute fresh perspectives to strengthen the firm’s intellectual capital. Desired Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in investment research, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills across equity, debt, and alternative investments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client‑facing roles.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
