Resort Manager Purulia

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort. Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Recreation departments. Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Guest Experience Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly. Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service quality. Develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.

Team Leadership Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate resort staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities. Maintain a positive and productive work workplace.

Financial Management Prepare and manage departmental budgets. Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability. Control costs while maintaining quality standards. Analyze operational reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Sales & Marketing Support Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote resort packages and events. Support occupancy growth and revenue generation initiatives. Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners.

Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment. Implement emergency response procedures and risk management practices.

Facility Management Oversee maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities and grounds. Ensure all guest areas remain clean, attractive, and operational. Coordinate renovation and improvement projects when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
