Role: We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Producer & Marketing Associate who is passionate about digital content, music, films, and shoot production. The ideal candidate should be a content enthusiast with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content production, and platform growth strategies. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for new music and film releases across digital platforms.
- Develop and manage repurposed content strategies for platforms like YouTube and social media to drive engagement and growth.
- Ensure creative and technical quality control of digital assets including videos, thumbnails, creatives, and promotional content.
- Coordinate shoots, production schedules, on-ground execution, and timely delivery of content.
- Manage communication and coordination with internal teams, artists, agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Handle operational workflows including legal documentation, vendor coordination, and payment processes.
- Conceptualize and develop new digital content IPs and scalable storytelling formats.
- Oversee end-to-end production and marketing of original digital content across multiple platforms.
- Execute promotional campaigns, collaborations, and audience engagement initiatives for music and content releases.
- Supervise content distribution and ensure optimized publishing across digital and social media platforms. Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital content production and social media marketing.
- Passion for shoots, storytelling, music, films, and creator-led content.
- Knowledge of YouTube content strategy, repurposing, and audience engagement tactics.
- Basic understanding of production coordination and shoot management.
- Creative eye for digital content quality, thumbnails, and visual storytelling.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, trends, and content distribution workflows.
