Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales Associate / Telecaller based in Kolkata. Your main job will be making phone calls to prospective students and their families to explain how GetIntoCampus can help them with their admissions. You will be responsible for calling leads, answering their questions, following up regularly, building positive relationships over the phone, and meeting your monthly sales targets.

Salary 10,000 to 20,000 per month + Performance Bonuses Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking over the phone. Must be fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi. Comfortable making a valuable volume of outbound calls on a daily basis. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (experience in education consultancy is a big plus). Positive at following up with students and parents to close admissions.
