We are looking for a highly responsible and technically strong Infrastructure, IT & Security Engineer who can manage the organization’s complete IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, office hardware systems, cloud servers, networking, and operational technology environment.

This role requires both strategic infrastructure management and hands-on technical execution across software, hardware, networking, and security operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Server Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

• Manage production, development, testing, and backup servers.

• Configure and maintain Linux and Windows servers.

• Ensure infrastructure uptime, scalability, and reliability.

• Monitor server performance, storage, bandwidth, and resource utilization.

• Maintain disaster recovery and backup systems.

Office IT & Hardware Management

• Manage office IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, biometric systems, routers, switches, CCTV systems, NAS storage, and networking devices.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain office hardware systems.

• Handle procurement recommendations for IT hardware and accessories.

• Manage system upgrades, OS installations, antivirus, and device health monitoring.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and departments.

• Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets.

Network Administration

• Configure and manage office networks, Wi-Fi systems, VPNs, firewalls, and internet infrastructure.

• Ensure secure internal and external communication systems.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.

• Monitor and optimize network security and bandwidth utilization.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Implement cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.

• Manage firewalls, endpoint security, access control, and threat monitoring systems.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and system security audits.

• Ensure data encryption and secure access management.

• Protect healthcare, company, and operational data from unauthorized access or cyber threats.

Cloud & DevOps Operations

• Manage infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

• Configure domain management, SSL certificates, DNS, and server access policies.

• Support backend and software teams for secure deployment environments.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Monitor infrastructure logs, security alerts, and system health.

• Respond to infrastructure failures, hardware breakdowns, and cybersecurity incidents.

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.

• Maintain proper documentation for incidents and infrastructure architecture.

IT Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and healthcare data security standards.

• Maintain SOPs, hardware documentation, and network diagrams.

• Support compliance initiatives related to ABDM and healthcare ecosystem integrations.

• Conduct cybersecurity awareness and IT best-practice sessions for employees.

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, or cybersecurity.

• Experience in startups, healthcare, SaaS, IoT, or technology-driven organizations preferred.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

• CCNA / CCNP

• CompTIA Security+

• CEH

• RHCSA / RHCE

• Microsoft Azure Certifications
