This role involves technical leadership solution architecture and team mentorship ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices. Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design:
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Design secure high-performance and future-proof solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Development & Integration:
- Lead development using Apex Visualforce LWC and Aura Components.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP AP Is Mule Soft and middleware platforms.
- Manage data migrations ETL processes and external system integrations.
- Technical Leadership:
- Mentor Salesforce developers and admins.
- Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and drive Dev Ops practices.
- Manage Gearset CI/CD pipelines Git-based version control and automated deployments.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee configuration across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with Governor Limits security standards and performance optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with business analysts product owners and project managers to define technical scope.
- Provide technical feasibility analysis and effort estimation.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
