Black Box Tester - Consumer Apps (Kollam)

We are seeking a skilled Black Box Tester with proven consumer app experience to join our quality assurance team. You will be responsible for ensuring our consumer-facing applications deliver exceptional user experiences through comprehensive testing across multiple platforms and devices. Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end black box testing of consumer mobile and web applications across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Design and execute test cases focused on user flows, UI/UX functionality, and real-world usage scenarios
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, ensuring critical customer-facing issues are prioritized
- Collaborate with product and development teams to validate fixes and conduct regression testing for app releases Requirements:
- 1-4 years of hands-on black box testing experience with consumer-facing mobile or web applications
- Robust understanding of consumer app ecosystems (iOS App Store, Google Play) and user behavior patterns
- Excellent bug reporting skills with ability to articulate issues from an end-user perspective
