- D.Pharm graduates are eligible to apply

- Valid Pharmacy Council Registration (or registration in process) is required
- Candidates with a learning mindset, discipline, and long-term career intent are preferred Role Overview This is a structured, fixed-duration work based training opportunity of 6 months at our well-established Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy. The selected candidates will work hands-on at the pharmacy counter while being mentored directly by our Senior Pharmacist, who brings over 8 years of pharmacy experience across India and the UAE. The programme is designed to give freshers real-world exposure, structured learning, and the confidence to handle a busy clinical pharmacy independently — equipping them for strong future career growth in India or abroad. Please note: This is a fixed 6-month engagement and not a permanent position. Training Focus Areas
- Pharmacy billing and software handling
- Accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions
- Verification of doctor prescriptions and dosage understanding
- Storage, labelling, and stock management of medicines
- Patient interaction, medicine counselling basics, and OTC handling
- Inventory checks, expiry monitoring, and refilling practices
- Pharmacy hygiene, ethics, and regulatory compliance
- Coordination with doctors, lab, and front-office teams
- All learning happens under the continuous guidance and supervision of the Senior Pharmacist, with progressive responsibility as skills develop Reporting Structure
- Reports to Senior Pharmacist/Pharmacist In-Charge Uniform & Professional Standards
- Medical scrubs are mandatory during duty hours
- High standards of hygiene, communication, and patient courtesy are non-negotiable About Us We are a well-established OP Clinic operating for over 20 years, with:
- 4 full-time OP doctors
- ~30 employees across Clinical, Pharmacy, and Diagnostics
- An in-house pharmacy serving OP patients daily Shift Timings
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Mid-Day Shift
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM
- No overnight shifts Leave Policy
- 1 Weekly Off (WO) Per Week Benefits
- ESI eligibile
- Hands-on training under a qualified Senior Pharmacist
- Exposure to real OP pharmacy operations from day one
- Completion certificate at the end of the 6-month programme Other Terms
- This is a fixed 6-month, full-time training engagement with a defined start and end date
- The role does not lead to automatic permanent placement; however, exceptional candidates may be considered for future openings within the organisation based on performance and availability
- Preference will be given to candidates with a serious, skilled approach and a genuine interest in learning Engagement Type: Full-time, On-site, Fixed-Term (6 Months) Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month Perks:
