Hr Manager Kollam

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR operations in a shipbuilding/manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment for technical & non-technical roles Manage onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, etc. Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline Coordinate manpower planning with project teams

Requirements: Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HRM (Mandatory) Experience: 5+ years (shipbuilding/manufacturing preferred) Language: English & Hindi – Mandatory Solid knowledge of labor laws and workforce handling

Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
