Description
We are seeking a highly driven hunter to lead recent client acquisition for our IT staffing services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. This role is exclusively focused on generating recent business—there are no responsibilities related to delivery, account management, or farming existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing services
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls)
Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs
Convert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreements
Transition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery team
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales or IT staffing business development
Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills with a disciplined approach
Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment
Proven ability to consistently generate current client accounts (“new logos”)
Success Metrics:
Acquisition of new clients and execution of signed staffing agreements
Development of a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
Achievement of monthly and quarterly new business targets
