About the Role

The Associate Manager Clinical Data Management will oversee the data management activities for clinical trials, ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical data.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the data management team in the execution of clinical data management activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and implement data management plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of clinical data management processes and systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
