Senior Quantum Researcher (Kollam)

Senior Quantum Researcher (Kollam)
Description
- We are seeking experienced Senior Quantum Researchers with a deep foundation in Quantum Physics and Quantum Circuit Design.
- In this role, you will lead the theoretical framework and architectural design of our software appliance.
- You will ensure that the toolchain accurately models, encodes, and mitigates errors across superconducting quantum computing platforms, anchoring advanced research into a structured, deployable toolchain for India s emerging quantum ecosystem. Key Responsibility
- Fault-Tolerant Circuit Design: Architect robust fault-tolerant quantum logic, syndrome extraction circuits, and level-specific error mitigation routines tailored to real-world hardware topologies.
- Hardware-Aware Scheduling: Translate the complex physical noise characteristics of superconducting qubits into mathematical constraints to inform software-level scheduling and compiling.
- Theoretical Benchmarking: Establish rigorous validation metrics (including logical error rates and pseudothresholds) to analyze the fundamental limits and performance of developed decoders.
- Ecosystem Leadership: Act as the domain expert, driving the core physics logic of the tool chain and aligning software milestones with emerging trends in fault-tolerant quantum computation (FTQC).
