Job Summary The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining good customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, coordinating online orders, assigning delivery orders to delivery boys, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the hypermart. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and monitor online orders received through WhatsApp, calls, apps, or other platforms.
- Assign online orders to delivery boys and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Call lost customers and collect feedback about store service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with billing, sales, and delivery departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of customer complaints, online orders, and delivery status.
- Ensure proper communication between departments regarding customer requirements.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
- Report major customer issues to management immediately. Pay: ₹15,000.00
