Role Overview:

We are seeking a knowledge and project management expert to simulate and document workflows in Jira and Confluence. You will model agile project management processes—including ticket creation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution—while also documenting enterprise knowledge-sharing practices such as documentation structures, permissions, and collaborative updates.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

Simulate agile workflows (backlog, sprints, epics, dependencies).

Document Confluence-based knowledge management (wiki structures, permissions, collaboration).

Validate AI-generated project and documentation outputs for accuracy.

Model advanced scenarios: escalations, release management, cross-team collaboration.

Provide best practices for knowledge management and agile project execution.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on Jira experience in agile software development or project management environments.

Solid working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them flexibly to real-world scenarios.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on exact technical documentation in English.
