Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager with 5+ years of proven experience to oversee and manage the administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, effective coordination between departments, and support senior management in achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, including office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Facilitate internal communications, meetings, and company events.
- Act as a liaison with vendors, clients, and external partners.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Support onboarding, training, and professional development of staff. Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in office software and administrative systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and quick-paced environment.
