Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding tour packages and travel services Explain package details prices and itinerary information clearly and convincingly Handle inbound customer inquiries and maintain follow-up calls Update customer details and booking records in the system Achieve daily and monthly call targets Support the sales and marketing team with lead generation and conversions Requirements Minimum qualification Plus Two Degree Good communication skills in Malayalam and English Hindi or Tamil is an advantage Confident polite and persuasive telephone manner Experience in telecalling travel or customer service preferred freshers can also apply Basic computer knowledge Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00
