Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Joinery Drawing Expert with Gulf Experience, specializing in construction and architectural design for the joinery back office team in Kollam for UAE and Uk projects. The primary responsibilities include creating detailed joinery drawings, reviewing and revising designs, collaborating with project teams, and adhering to industry standards and specifications. The expert will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of technical drawings, as well as contributing to high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in creating joinery drawings, technical detailing, and assembling architectural plans.

Expertise in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design applications.

Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, construction standards, and materials technology.

Ability to interpret and apply international building and safety regulations, especially in Gulf region contexts.

Effective collaboration and communication skills to liaise with project teams, architects, and contractors.

Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch), BTech in Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Architecture is required.

Previous Gulf experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
