This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into clean, effective, and aesthetically strong visual communication.You will work closely with the wider Circle Of Fifths team on branding, social content, presentations, marketing collateral, and creative campaigns for both motorsport and non-motorsport clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media creatives, marketing assets, pitch decks, and brand collateralCreate visual systems and layouts that align with client branding and communication goalsSupport branding and rebranding projects across digital and print applicationsDevelop assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and campaign rolloutsCollaborate with writers, strategists, and editors to bring ideas to life visuallyAdapt designs across multiple formats, dimensions, and platformsContribute creative ideas and stay up to date with current design trendsManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficientlyQualificationsExperience using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, and CanvaStrong understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual hierarchyGood eye for aesthetics and attention to detailExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and produce output swiftlyStrong willingness to learn and adapt across different industries and creative stylesNo previous formal experience required, but if you have a portfolio or work samples, we would love to see them.Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of motion graphics or video editingFamiliarity with presentation design and brand strategyExperience designing for social-first content and digital campaignsOpportunities to work with:Sports properties: athletes, promoters, organizationsInternational brandsFinancial institutions: VCs, wealth managersReferralsIf you help us build our pit-crew and roster, there are opportunities for you to earn a referral bonus!
