We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing day-to-day administrative operations
• Assign leads and tasks to real estate agents
• Coordinate real estate transactions from initiation to closing
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client data
• Communicate with agents, clients, and internal teams for smooth workflow
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
• Support the team in documentation and process handling
• Willingness to learn real estate processes and systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure organizational efficiency
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities for supporting senior management in handling correspondence, meetings, and confidential tasks
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Prior experience in a real estate or customer-service-oriented industry is a plus

- Night Shift
- 6:30 pm to 3:30 Am Salary 30,000.00
