- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for bank products.
- Generate business through field sales and customer interactions.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products.
- Cross-sell banking and financial products.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with branch teams to improve customer service and business generation. Skills Required
