Demand Planning Analyst (Kollam)

Experience
- 6–10 years total experience
- 2+ years in demand planning tools (John Galt preferred)

Role Summary Demand planning consultant with strong expertise in forecasting and S&OP;, working on Atlas Planning Platform to enable effective demand planning and business alignment. Key Requirements
- 6–10 years in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Consulting
- Hands-on experience with John Galt or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, S&OP;, and inventory concepts
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)

Functional Skills
- Demand Forecasting
- S&OP; / IBP
- Demand sensing, promotions, lifecycle planning

Technical Skills
- Forecast models and error analysis (MAPE, WAPE, Bias)
- Data handling, analytics, and reporting
- Exposure to AI/ML forecasting (preferred)

Consulting Skills
- Stakeholder collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
- Requirement gathering and solution design
- Strong communication & problem-solving

Valuable to Have
- FVA (Forecast Value Add) knowledge
- Python / R / SQL exposure
- Industry experience (Manufacturing / Retail / CPG)
