US Contracts Support Analyst Part time Remote

Seeking a part time resource available to support 2–3 hours per day during EST business hours. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Contracts Support Analyst to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. government contracts. The role will involve working closely with U.S.-based team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Contract Review & Compliance
- Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
- Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
- Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
- Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
- Audit & Monitoring Support
- Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
- Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
- Proposal & Pre-Award Support
- Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
- Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.

Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk. (experience with U.S. federal contracts preferred).
