Tele Caller Executive (Kollam)

: We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Tele Caller to join our bank coaching institute. The main responsibility of the candidate is to handle incoming and outgoing calls and convert leads into admissions for our various bank and competitive exam coaching programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided lead database.
- Explain details about bank coaching courses, batches, fees, and offers.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Handle inbound enquiry calls and provide accurate course information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for admission updates.
- Build positive rapport with students and parents to increase conversions.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or data entry).
- Friendly, persuasive, and confident speaking ability.
- Ability to convince and handle objections from students/parents.
- Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or sales will be an added advantage. Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in tele calling / customer support / sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Work Location: In person Pay: ₹13,000.00
