Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Pathway is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic and passionate Medical Licensing Exam Trainer – Nurses to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in coaching nurses for licensing exams such as MOH-Kuwait, DHA, HAAD, and Saudi/ Oman/ Qatar Prometric. This is a full-time online role with adaptable working hours, perfect for candidates who are committed to helping working professionals crack international nursing exams. Key Responsibilities
· Conduct detailed research on current exam syllabi, blueprints, and evaluation formats for MOH-Kuwait, DHA, HAAD, and other GCC exams.
· Design and develop comprehensive, exam-oriented training modules and mock tests.
· Deliver live interactive online sessions suited to the schedules of working nurses.
· Use engaging teaching methodologies and tools to enhance student understanding and retention.
· Provide individual guidance and mentorship to help each candidate succeed.
· Monitor and evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and full-length mock exams.
· Maintain detailed progress records and update management on batch outcomes.
· Collaborate with technical and academic teams to ensure the smooth running of classes.
· Job flexibility in terms of time, campaign, college outreach programs and seminars etc.
· Requirements
· Education: BSc or MSc in Nursing (Mandatory)
· Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in training/mentoring nurses for licensing exams like MOH, DHA, HAAD, or Prometric.
· Sound knowledge of GCC nursing exam patterns and clinical question formats.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
· Tech-savvy, with experience using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
