Purpose of the Job

The individual should be able to manage and provide consultation to stakeholders on technical training and manage technical training projects in terms of content development/delivery. The role holder will oversee the execution of training initiatives for the crew and cadets while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth roll-out and implementation of training initiatives for crew and cadets.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently, multi-task and in possession of positive communication as well as interpersonal skills, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Possesses a valuable working knowledge of crew technical training and experience in maritime operations.

Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation for content development and technical related training for crew competency development.

Oversee training events including liaison with manning agents and training centers, course registration, participant and trainer/assessor confirmation, virtual platform access and/or training venue.
