Motion Graphic Designer (Kollam)

Role Title: Graphic Designer (with Video Editing) Location: Work from Home Experience: 0 to 1 year Permanent, Full time role
- Design high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, website assets, landing pages, and marketing collateral
- Create and edit video content for social media and YouTube (short-form and long-form)
- Manage and grow Specbee’s YouTube channel, including thumbnails, uploads, optimization, and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually
- Work with the HR team to design internal creatives such as hiring posts, employer branding assets, and event materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and video styles that perform well
