Tele Caller Executive (Kollam)

Job Description: LBS Skill Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to support our student admission and enquiry handling activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and a positive attitude toward achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to student leads and enquiry lists
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Follow up with interested students and parents
- Maintain call records and update enquiry status
- Support admission and counselling team to achieve enrolment targets
- Handle incoming calls professionally and politely Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, data entry)
- Ability to work with targets and incentives
